Banking Business Analyst

Gather banking and financial requirements, prepare BRD/FRD documents, analyse core banking modules, and coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless financial compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document detailed business requirements from banking and financial services stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
• Analyse core banking modules including loans, deposits, payments, and reporting.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
• Support UAT and facilitate sign-off from business stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
