Account Manager
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure successful delivery of our services. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding business needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client business requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Prepare client reports, proposals, and presentations
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Track account performance and ensure service quality standards
- Support business development by nurturing long-term client relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client relations, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Basic understanding of finance, consulting, or technology services is preferred
